PCSS has one of the toughest selection processes in the security industry which includes the following:
* 3-year employment background check
* Oral and written examination
* eye-sight test
* personal reference check
* in-depth personal interview
* registered with Police Licensing Office for Security Personnel Permit
All security personnel are provided with basic, advanced and continuation training which aims to build on the Security skills and experience. In addition, the supervisors of PCSS are qualified trainers and approved by the Security Services and Guarding Services Industry Authority (SGSIA) to conduct Recognized Security Training Programme. The training program includes:
* Prevent Unauthorized Access to Premises and Properties
* Handle Emergencies
* Regulate Movement of Persons and Vehicles
* Prevent and Detect Crimes and Accidents
* Practice Self-Defense
* Register Visitors
* Report and Record Incidents
* Patrol
* Customer Services
PCSS was awarded a contract by BCJ Joint Venture to provide more than two hundred security guards to the Hong Kong International Airport at Chep Lap Kok for two years. Our guards have proved their abilities by handling people with different languages, racial and social backgrounds in the prestigious Hong Kong Airport Passenger Terminal Building.
